MAIPk`s Property Development Course

IPOH, 15 September 2016, in order to empower and strengthen MAIPk officials with knowledge and skills in the areas of construction and real estate law, the Property Development course was held. The course was held at the Kinta Riverfront Hotel & Suits, Ipoh was attended by MAIPk officials of Investment and Property Development, MAIPk and district treasury officer. Among the pivotal course were laws related to land development, land and disposal of the issues involving land. The course was attended by Dr. Amiruddin bin Mohamed, chief executive officer Puan Hajah Wan MAIPk and Maizura binti Wan Zahari, deputy chief executive officer MAIPk (Development). Session courses were delivered by Haji Abdul Aziz bin Ismail, who has 35 years of experience serving in the Land and Mines Office before retiring.

Hopefully courses held can give the best output in ensuring the achievement of aspects involving property development MAIPk is achieving the targets set.
